ONEcount keeps building out the Audience Tech Stack — here’s a look at what’s new (and what’s next).
1. AI Augment
What it is: A new AI-driven engine that automatically tags and taxonomizes your digital content. Using multiple Natural Language Models, AI Augment generates contextual keywords for your site — and if you don’t have an existing taxonomy, it can build one from scratch. It’s fully automated (no manual URL-by-URL approval needed), and its multi-model approach helps cut down on false positives.
Why it matters: Better content tagging means better audience segmentation, sharper analytics, and more precise targeting — without adding work for your editorial or ops teams. AI Augment is available now for all ONEcount customers.

2. Journey Builder
What it is: A visual, drag-and-drop tool for building multi-step audience automation campaigns — no coding required. It uses a simple Segment → Target workflow: define a Segment (based on demographics, behavior, or subscription status), apply a Target action (pop-up, email, form, SMS), and the outcome automatically creates a new Segment you can chain into the next step.
Why it matters: Marketing, circulation, and editorial teams can build sophisticated, conditional campaigns themselves — especially useful for subscription renewals and audience development, where timely, personalized outreach drives retention.

3. ONEcount Q
What it is: An AI-powered audience query tool. Type — or speak — a plain-English question, and ONEcount Q filters and segments your subscriber and audience data for you. No query syntax, no knowledge of database structure required.
Why it matters: It puts the full power of your audience data directly in the hands of the people who need it, cutting out the wait for teams to build a custom report. Close deals quicker.

4. New UI: Form, Landing Page & Pop-up Builder with A/B Testing
What it is: A drag-and-drop, WYSIWYG builder for creating forms, landing pages, and pop-ups — no coding required. Build from scratch or jumpstart your design with the Builder’s Pop-up or Landing Page Template Gallery, which now offers pre-designed, fully responsive layouts that you can simply drag onto the canvas.
The builder also includes customizable Thank You page templates, click-through tracking, dynamic/progressive lookup, and full control over demographic questions, products, and packages — all while keeping your business logic and data layer separate from the design layer.
We’ve also done work to make the tool much easier to use, catching user mistakes and offering resolutions on the fly. This drastically improves the user experience while building forms, pop-ups and landing pages.
Why it matters: The new templates mean marketers can go from blank canvas to a polished, on-brand form or landing page in minutes — not days. Because presentation is decoupled from the underlying data (questions, products, packages), teams can design freely without risking the integrity of the data being collected, and A/B testing lets you optimize every form and pop-up for maximum conversions.

5. Native Zoom Webinar Integration
What it is: A new native integration that lets you create, manage, and track Zoom webinars directly as ONEcount products. Registrations collected through ONEcount forms automatically flow into Zoom — no manual data entry required — and Zoom engagement data (attendance, participation, drop-off) is pulled back into ONEcount daily, giving you a complete picture of webinar performance without leaving the platform.
Why it matters: It unifies event operations and audience management into a single workflow, cutting the operational overhead of manually syncing registrant and engagement data between systems. Attendees get a seamless registration experience through familiar ONEcount forms, while your team gets a full, centralized view of webinar engagement alongside every other channel — turning webinars into a stronger, more measurable part of your audience and revenue strategy. The integration is live now for all ONEcount users.

6. Integration with Stripe
What it is: ONEcount now integrates with Stripe, bringing PCI-compliant payment processing, automated recurring billing — renewals, dunning, and cancellations handled via webhooks, zero manual work.
Why it matters: Revenue recognition, without the spreadsheets For years, the gap between “subscriber pays” and “revenue hits the GL” has meant spreadsheets, manual reconciliation, and finance teams waiting on circulation teams (or vice versa). We built this to close that gap completely.
One flow, fully automated:
Stripe charge → webhook → renewal → revenue recognition → GL export

ONEcount MCP
ONEcount is offering an MCP framework that allows you to use your own AI tools on your ONEcount data. ONEcount MCP will provide not only read-access for better understanding of your data, but also execution-level access for building targeted segments and developing user pipelines.
Unlike other systems, ONEcount focuses on identity resolution across all your customer touch-points, including webinars, email (we support 10 leading email providers), subscription activity and more. So our MCP is better because it rides on better data.
You’ll learn more, you’ll see more and you’be able to act on that data with execution pipelines no other solution offers.
ONEcount Fulfillment
ONEcount is expanding our stack with ONEcount Fulfillment. This is a fully-integrated fulfillment solution that will handle all of your AAM and Postal reporting needs within the ONEcount platform.
We took the job of fulfilling a print or digital product and fully re-imagined it with simpler workflows, and step-by-step wizards for report-building. We are also including fully-automated filing, and seamless integration with AccuZip for audience and address verification.
This will simplify the process of fulfilling print and digital subscriptions, while drastically reducing costs.

Partner Announcement
ONEcount is expanding our relationship with LeverageLab’s Publisher Connect, a self-service portal for audience extension. ONEcount’s identity resolution fabric will feed Publisher Connect, increasing addressable audiences using a publisher’s own, first-party data.

In summary: From AI-powered content tagging to native Zoom and Stripe integrations, this round of updates is all about one thing: giving your team more power with less manual work.
Whether it’s automating your revenue recognition, building high-converting forms in minutes, or getting instant answers from your audience data, ONEcount is helping media and publishing teams turn first-party data into real, measurable growth — and with MCP, Fulfillment, and new partner integrations on the horizon, the Audience Tech Stack is only getting stronger.
